Questions
- What is a credit?
- 10 credits equal 1 minute of audio, rounded up. A 3-minute song costs 30 credits, and a 30-second clip costs 5.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- No. Paid plans refill to the full amount each month, so unused credits don’t carry over.
- What if a transcription fails?
- You get the credits back automatically. You only spend credits on transcriptions that finish.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Use Manage billing on your account page to cancel or update your card. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- New transcriptions pause until your credits refill next month, or until you move to a bigger plan.
